Language
The conference will be conducted in English.

Visas
Participants from most of the EU countries and the USA do not require visas to enter Israel. For participants of other countries we suggest you contact your local or nearest Israeli Embassy or Consulate. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months at the time of entering Israel. Please contact the conference secretariat if you need a letter of invitation for obtaining a visa.

Climate
The weather in Jerusalem in September is hot and dry during the day, and cool in the evenings. Average temperatures range between 18-28°C / 65-82°F.

Insurance
Participants are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance coverage. The Conference Organizing Committee and/or Diesenhaus-Unitours Incoming Tourism Ltd., shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property that belongs to Conference participants nor for personal injuries sustained during or as a result of the Conference, or during tours.
