Complexity perspective is a pathway for new understanding of Social phenomena. Disaster recovery process, can give us a chance to use the attitude of complexity science in order to learn about the way human system rearrange themselves after experiencing extreme disorder. In this paper I'll present some conclusions from my doctoral research on social recovery. The research was based on qualitative perspective to social networks dynamics. It's conclusions are drawing four layers pattern: Physical, Organizational, Emotional, Spiritual. Which can be seen as a model of 'Social Fractal'.
